My Story
Hey there! I'm Santiago, a passionate full-stack developer who believes that great code is not just about the final product, but the entire design process. From crafting ideas, to drawing out designs, to manually typing lines of code: the final product is only as good as the steps taken to get there.
I first began coding my freshman year of High School where I built an uneven, discolored HTML website and deployed it to my favorite hosting site localhost:3000. However, through practice and over 40 projects under my belt, I've slowly developed my craft to build scalable web-apps and make ideas into reality.
Beyond coding, I'm deeply involved in the tech community. In High School I was president of two technology focused organizations and led over 100+ students to grow not only as coders, but as individuals. Now, I mentor students from my High School and assist them in their journey.
My passion isn't coding. It's growing as a developer and help other's alongside myself to turn ideas into reality!
Current Focus
I'm currently focused on AI tooling — building RAG systems, MCP servers, and developer productivity tools. I'm returning to Keysight Technologies in Fall 2026 to continue that work, and I'm also leading build teams at Convergent and shipping React Native apps!

Software Engineering Intern
Delivered production-impacting features across Virtual Agent integrations and platform infrastructure, including a UI rebrand, a live business rule bug fix, and full regression testing ownership for Microsoft Teams.
Keysight Technologies
Software Engineering Intern — AI Tooling & Test Automation
Built AI-powered developer tooling and automated lab infrastructure — a RAG assistant surfaced inside GitHub Copilot via MCP, and a cross-platform Python scanner for lab hardware inventory.
Driven Telematics

Built a telemetry ingestion and retrieval service on AWS within an Agile delivery team, designing the full data pipeline from schema to observability.

Led 120+ member chapter to 2nd in state, managed $20,000+ budget, and delivered keynote speech to 2,500+ attendees
